Pictured here is Alexandra with warm fruit tea... this was something new for her. And she is practicing sipping from a cup! See that grin! It's a priceless smile, I so love to see. It's also mischevious sometimes...
The other picture you see is Alexandra in her daily routine of therapy on the swing. She holds the rope, I on the other end and I sing a song as she holds on to swing herself back and forth!
Alexandra is SOOO FUNNY. I stayed home with her last night while the parents went to their other daughter's play: Annie, the musical. Alex was in an okay mood...not the best, not the worst. Then, all of sudden at around 8pm, she comes out of her parents room with non-stop laughter, giggling...mischeviously. She scoots to the kitchen...then I hear a crash and laughter. She had gotten her dad's coke and spilled it all over her! Haha...she then eats a snack (red sweet pepper) and it goes all over her chin, on her sleeve...as she smiles with that giggling still! Finally at about 9pm, she scoots to her room, without a word and is like "I'm ready for bed, enough messing around tonight." HAHAH!
It's the same time a year later reading this and it's great to remember that moment of Alexandra being so cute and mischevious. She still blesses me to think about. I pray she continues to show the joy of the Lord to ALL she meets! :) Love you Alexandra and miss you...
